DirectSourceRx is building a state-of-the-art compounding pharmacy and mail-order distribution center from the ground up. We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to architect, implement, and lead all warehouse functions—including inventory control, shipping/receiving, environmental monitoring, and regulatory compliance—before our first prescription is filled. The ideal candidate brings deep operational expertise, meticulous attention to cGMP / USP standards, and the mindset required to thrive in an early-stage environment.

Key Responsibilities

1.Inventory Management

• Oversee daily inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of pharmaceutical products, including temperature-sensitive items.

2.Shipping & Receiving

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, verifying deliveries against purchase orders.
• Manage efficient order picking, packing, and dispatching, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

3.Regulatory Compliance & Safety

• Uphold all relevant guidelines (FDA, state board of pharmacy, etc.) and ensure full compliance.
• Enforce warehouse safety protocols and conduct regular audits for quality control.

4.Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse staff to create a positive, high-performing team culture.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and inspire continuous improvement.

5.Process Optimization

• Identify and implement process improvements or new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Generate and analyze operational reports to inform strategic decision-making.

6.Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with pharmacy staff, procurement, and other departments to maintain seamless operations.
• Communicate updates and challenges to management proactively.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience : 3-5+ years in warehouse management (pharmaceutical or healthcare a plus).
• Technical Skills : Proficient with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
• Compliance Knowledge : Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
• Leadership & Communication : Proven track record in leading teams, solving problems, and driving results.
• Adaptability : Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and ready to tackle new challenges.
