What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Own and drive execution of the employer's highest-impact, cross-functional projects from planning to delivery
• Build and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and accountability mechanisms across various departments
• Facilitate strategic planning, program reviews, and stakeholder meetings to ensure clarity and follow-through
• Help senior leaders prioritize and align work across fast-moving workstreams
• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting dashboards to support accountability and transparency

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 5-8+ years of project management experience in startup, health tech, or biotech environments
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage ambiguity
• Proven ability to influence without authority and lead across functional boundaries
• Comfortable leading high-stakes conversations with internal executives and external stakeholders
• Proficient in modern project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Shortcut, Confluence, Asana)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in genomics or precision medicine
• PMP or similar certification is a plus but not required
• Deep understanding of healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences industry norms
