Our client is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to join their team. As an Organizational Change Manager, you will be part of the consulting team supporting various strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a deep commitment to understanding the customer experience, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Organizational Change Manager Location: Sacramento (Hybrid) Pay Range: $63 per hour What's the Job? Analyze the unique change context and distill ambiguous ambitions into actionable change plans. Collect and analyze assessments of the client organization and stakeholders to create a shared understanding of the conditions for change. Collaborate on designing and delivering training methods to enable operators with the necessary skills to succeed. Support the creation of communication channels and campaigns to connect with relevant stakeholders. Develop tailored resistance management plans and techniques to enhance change adoption. What's Needed? Proven experience in Organizational Change Management. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to coach supervisors and managers on their roles during change. Experience in developing tailored OCM strategies and supporting plans. What's in it for me?
