We're looking for a Director of Flight Operations to lead our team in delivering operational excellence across safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor the Flight Operations team to achieve safety, reliability, and service goals.
• Ensure operational efficiency while upholding top-tier safety standards.
• Set strategic direction for procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Drive productivity through effective operational practices.
• Manage assets to support performance and enhance customer experience.

What You’ll Need:

• Airline Transport Pilot certificate with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree and 14 CFR Part 121 operational qualifications.
• Meet CFR 119.67(a) requirements for Director of Operations.
• 5-8 years of pilot experience, including 3+ years as PIC under Part 135 or 121.
• Airline management or instructor experience.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Deep knowledge of FAA regulations and safety standards.
• Fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.
