Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and technically capable Change Management Analyst to support AI and Cybersecurity-related projects. This role requires a confident, organized professional with 3–5 years of experience in IT project environments. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills and be comfortable pushing back when needed. Experience managing complex issues and driving successful change in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage change initiatives related to AI and cybersecurity implementations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify change impacts
  • Create and execute change management strategies and plans
  • Support communication, training, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Navigate resistance and reinforce adoption of changes across multiple teams
  • Monitor and report on change readiness, adoption metrics, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and technical leads to align change efforts with project timelines

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in change management, preferably in IT environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills—must be able to engage across all organizational levels
  • Confident and assertive personality capable of pushing back professionally when necessary
  • Proven experience handling complex change initiatives or stakeholder scenarios
  • Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC, three days a week (Monday–Thursday)
  • U.S. work authorization (Any status)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prosci or CCMP certification (preferred, not required)
  • Experience in Cybersecurity or AI -related change projects
  • Background in IT Change Management or digital transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and remote collaboration tools

  • Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently when needed
  • High attention to detail and adaptability in dynamic project settings
